The workmanship and quality is outstanding. It can be so difficult to find quality, lovely baby bags and your range is just what I like along with all the admirers i have had. After coming across ur attractive website and then finding the perfect nappy bag I ordered it straight away. I was so surprised and happy when 3 days later my bag came. It was beautifully wrapped up, came with a lovely baby rattle and i also received a lovely card. This was so nice as you don't get service like this anymore! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family and will order many more things from poppy lou in the future.

Undoubtedly the most incredible customer service I have experienced. I purchased a fantastic Poppy Lou Nappy Bag online and after a few short months I noticed that some of the stitching on the inside pocket was coming away from the side of the bag. I emailed Poppy Lou informing them of this and received an overwhelmingly positive response - I had a new one posted to me within 2 days and was instructed to return the original one by COD. Such fantastic service, I will be spreading the Poppy Lou name to all my girlfriends whom are mothers and those who are soon to become mothers.
